To return an item, tell us your order number and what the issue is (photos help). Returned parts must come back in the same condition, with all supplied components and the Partsworth ID mark intact.

Parts listed as Spares or Repairs, Faulty or Untested are described as such and sold for parts or refurbishment, so they are non-returnable unless we sent the wrong item.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and check the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Partsworth ID mark

Most of our parts carry a Partsworth security ID mark for traceability. It helps us confirm the correct item is returned and keeps processing fast and fair. The ID mark does not override your buyer rights. It simply lets us verify the part during the return check.
