This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our online sales channels. Our goal is a fair, professional and transparent service for every customer.
1. 30-day returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us and open a return. To help us process it efficiently, we may ask you for your order reference, a short description of the issue, and photos or videos where relevant. Returned items may be inspected or tested as part of the normal returns process.
2. Condition of returned items
When returning an item, please make sure it is in the same condition as originally supplied, includes any components originally sent, is packaged securely to prevent transit damage, and has not been dismantled, opened or altered after delivery. Where an item carries a Partsworth ID and security mark, this helps us verify the part quickly during inspection.
3. If you believe you received the wrong item
If you think an incorrect item was received, we will review our internal packing and dispatch records, pre-dispatch photos, and scan logs and order information. This helps us identify the correct part and resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
4. Spares or repairs, untested and for-parts items
Items listed as Spares or Repairs, Faulty or Untested are sold specifically for refurbishment, diagnosis or parts harvesting. They are clearly marked in the listing so you know exactly what you are purchasing, and are non-returnable unless we sent the wrong item.
5. Return shipping
Unless the return is due to a Partsworth error, you are responsible for packaging the part securely and ensuring it is protected during transit. If the return is a result of a listing error or an incorrect item supplied, we cover the return postage.
6. Refunds and processing time
Refunds are issued once the item has been received and checked, through the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on courier return times and inspection. Our internal records (photographs, ID marks, logs) help us verify items quickly and keep the process smooth.
7. Fair and transparent return handling
To keep things fair for every customer, we review the condition of the returned part, the presence of the Partsworth ID mark where applicable, and any differences between the returned item and the part originally supplied. This keeps returns consistent and accurate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
