What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and secure online checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For business customers, we can also arrange bank transfer payments upon request. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned parts must be in the same condition as sold and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that electrical items and specially ordered parts are non-refundable unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you may change or cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item in line with our return policy.

How do I know if a part will fit my car?

Every product listing includes vehicle compatibility details. You can also use our DVLA PartsFinder tool or enter your vehicle registration number to check fitment. If you are unsure, our support team can confirm compatibility before you place an order.

Do you offer warranties on your parts?

Yes. All parts come with a standard 30-day warranty covering defects and functionality issues. Some parts (such as engines, gearboxes, and major components) include extended warranties of up to 90 days. Warranty coverage will be clearly stated on each product page.

Are the parts new or used?

We supply a mixture of new, genuine OEM parts and quality tested used parts from dismantled vehicles. Each product listing will specify whether the item is new or used. All used parts are carefully inspected, cleaned, and graded for quality before being listed.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the UK and internationally. International delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country. Please see our checkout for calculated shipping rates or contact us for a custom quote.

How long does delivery take?

For UK orders, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. International orders usually take 5–10 working days, depending on customs clearance and courier networks. Express delivery options are available at checkout for urgent orders.

How are parts packaged for shipping?

All parts are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Smaller items are shipped in padded boxes or envelopes, while larger parts are protected with heavy-duty wrapping and padding. Fragile items such as glass or electronics receive extra protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
