This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online sales channels. We aim to get your part to you quickly, safely and with full visibility every step of the way.

1. Delivery and cost

UK delivery is free and fully tracked on every order. There are no hidden postage charges at checkout.

2. Dispatch and timing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Larger items such as engines, gearboxes and body panels may take slightly longer to prepare and book with the courier, and we'll let you know if so.

3. Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery. Your tracking details are shared once the order is on its way.

4. Packaging

Each part is securely and protectively packaged for safe arrival. We pack with the part's size and fragility in mind, so it reaches you in the condition it left us.

5. Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us with your order reference and we'll review the tracking and dispatch records to resolve it quickly and fairly.

6. International delivery

International delivery is available on request and takes a little longer than UK orders. Get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm options and timing for your country.

7. Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided, so let us know straight away if anything needs changing before the order goes out.
