Partsworth Shipping Policy
Same-day dispatch before 2pm. Tracked 24-hour delivery on most parts. Free UK delivery on small and medium items.

This policy applies to every order placed on partsworth.com. We hold the stock ourselves in Doncaster, so when you order, the part is on the shelf and ready to go.

1. How fast

Order before 2pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day. Small and medium parts go by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and normally arrive the next working day, sometimes the day after. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.

2. Cost

UK delivery is free and tracked on small and medium parts. Body panels (£39.95) and heavy items such as engines and gearboxes (£75.00) carry a delivery charge because they travel by courier or pallet. The charge is shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay. Northern Ireland and non-mainland addresses are quoted at checkout.

3. Panels, engines and gearboxes

Large and heavy items are booked with a courier or pallet network and normally arrive in 2 to 3 working days. We pack engines on pallets and panels in protective wrap. If a pallet delivery needs a kerbside drop or a forklift at your end, we will tell you before it ships.

4. Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed, so you can follow it from our door to yours.

5. Packaging

Each part is packed for its size and fragility. Electronics are bagged and boxed, lights and glass are double-boxed, and anything with fluid is drained and sealed.

6. Europe

We ship small and medium parts to Ireland, Germany, France, Italy and Spain with tracked delivery in 3 to 7 working days. Rates are shown at checkout. For other countries and for heavy items, contact us before ordering and we will quote.

7. Late, damaged or missing

If your order is late, arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number. We check the tracking and sort it quickly. Returns are covered by our 30-day returns policy.

8. Your address

We dispatch to the address you give at checkout. If anything needs changing, tell us straight away, before the order leaves.
