Shipping policy

All orders are sent with tracked delivery from our base in Doncaster.

UK delivery
UK delivery is free and fully tracked. Orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch.

International delivery
We ship internationally. International orders take a little longer than UK orders, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Dispatch and tracking
Orders are processed during our opening hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

Problems with your delivery
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 30 days at Contact@partsworth.com and we will put it right under our 30-day returns policy.
